Five-car crash in Phoenix injures eighteen victims

The roadway is often the stage of various types of collisions. In some cases, when an initial crash occurs, this could lead to several other vehicles becoming involved. A multi-vehicle collision could involve numerous automobiles and result in several injured victims. In these matters, it might be difficult to determine the party at fault or if several drivers were liable in the crash. This is why the investigation process is crucial and civil actions are reliant on this step.

Authorities in Phoenix were recently dispatched to a multi-vehicle accident that resulted in around 18 injured victims. According to preliminary reports, the accident occurred near the intersection of Greenway Road and Parkview Place, which is located near a high school. Officers reported that 5 vehicles were involved in the crash and they believe that it originated from a rear-end collision.

Emergency crews responded to the crash and 18 victims were transported to the hospital for medical treatment. Among them were a 6-year-old boy who suffered a head trauma and a 2-year-old girl with facial trauma. While several were injured in the multi-vehicle crash, it was reported that none of the injuries were life threatening. An investigation is still ongoing.

In order to offset the costs associated with the crash, the injured parties could file a personal injury claim. This could allow them to recover compensation to help cover the expenses related to the accident. The monetary award could cover medical bills, rehabilitation, damages and pain and suffering.

When an individual is a victim in a multi-vehicle accident, it is important to understand the cause. This is especially true if they seek to file a civil action to recover compensation. The details of the crash and establishing the cause of it are important for any action that might follow the crash. An experienced attorney may be able to guide Phoenix victims through the process so they can focus on their rehabilitation.
